Still no. Yes, there is a religious right, but there are people who are not very religious who vote for these people (I know many), and when the religious right is gone, another stupid group will come up with something (whether it is based off religion or not). The religious right are a very ridiculous group that has a lot of power and draws power from the common basis of religion. I don’t deny that, but do you really think the same thing can’t happen without religion?

Trust me. Christians aren’t the only ones. They are the only ones in America because they are the majority. A simple google search will show you that the majority religion in just about any country act the same way.

You’re original post was about you don’t see people except Christians pushing their beliefs on others and acting in absurd ways. I’m telling you that you aren’t looking hard enough. The only reason you hear most about Christians is because that’s what the majority of most of the world is and what we tend to hear about.
